The United Nations Economic Commission for Europe has issued four policy briefs which examine ageing issues. These are:
Mainstreaming Ageing, which proposes their goal to mainstream aging issues into all policy fields.
Gender Equality, Work and Old Age, which discusses efforts to mainstream a gender approach to aging.
Older Persons as Consumers, looks at the special needs, preferences and interests of older persons as consumers
Integration and participation of older persons in society looks at efforts to ensure full integration and participation of older persons in society.
